Searching Resident Rooms

Policy offers guidance on maintaining a culture that is respectful of resident’s possessions and should the facility have knowledge that the resident may be in possession of illegal substances, objects or items that may create harm to the resident or others, a search of the room or belongings will occur only with consent or by law enforcement.
