Making Your Wishes Known – Advanced Directive & DDNR/Post

A PowerPoint training tool that identified the types of advanced directives, the facility requirements related to advanced directives, discusses the difference between a DNR and DDNR, and use of POST form.  The training is followed by a post test for competency and understanding.  The training is designed 60-90 minutes.
