Includes policy regarding completion of fall risk assessments, incorporation of fall prevention approaches in the ISP, guidelines for response when a fall occurs, guidance for conducting neurological assessments for unwitnessed falls or falls where resident hit their head, and investigation for factors contributing to the fall.
