A package that include sample policy that offers the organization/facility  guidance for compliance with notifications to DOLI and employees of the facility of confirmed positive COVID-19 employees as outlined in the requirements for the Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) for Infectious Disease Prevention for SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19, also included in a sample log spreadsheet for tracking notifications, as well as a sample memo to use for notification of employees testing positive.  Policy or tracking log can be purchased separately.
