This policy was developed when the Coronavirus-COVID-19 was an evolving pandemic.  Prior to implementation of the policy, the facility should reference the CDC, CMS and state and local health departments for updated and revised information.  This policy is intended to serve as basic guidance, additional details, policies and instructions may be necessary.
